IndyCar Series has finally comes to an end. On their final race this 2009. IndyCar will go to Homestead, Florida for the final race of the year the 2009 Firestone Indy 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Scott Dixon of Target Chip Ganassi Racing won his 5th race of the year after winning the Indy Japan 300 at Twin Ring Montegi last September 19, 2009. He took the lead from start to finish as he start the race in the pole position. Dario Franchitti of Lifelock Team settled for 2nd place and Graham Rahal of Mcdonald’s Racng team push back at 3rd place.
Scott Dixon leads the standings with 570 points. Dario Franchitti still have a chance to take the lead with 565 points and Ryan Briscoe got 562 points.
